FEES AND PAYMENTS
When you order a service you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that will be charged. Prices, availability, and other purchase terms are subject to change. IWBC reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on services offered on and outside of the IWBC Site without incurring any obligation to you. All fees may be subject to taxes.
You are responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete information when ordering services through the IWBC Site or otherwise. If you use the IWBC Site or other means to purchase a service, payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. IWBC may need to verify information you provide before IWBC accepts your order and may cancel or limit your order any time after it has been placed. Subject to applicable membership policies, if payment has already been made and your order is cancelled or limited, IWBC will refund any payment you made for the service that will not be delivered due to cancellation or limitation of an order in the same tender as the original purchase.
If, for any reason, your credit card company declines or otherwise refuses to pay the amount owed for the service you have purchased, you agree that we may, at our option, suspend or terminate delivery of service and may require you to pay any overdue amounts incurred (including third-party chargeback fees or penalties) by other means acceptable to us. In the event legal action is necessary to collect on balances due, you agree to reimburse us for all expenses incurred to recover sums due, including attorney fees and other legal expenses.

DISPUTES
With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Mumbai, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Mumbai, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out your visit to the IWBC's online website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairperson of IWBC in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Mumbai, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in India, as applicable, without prejudice to the applicable law and all applicable provisions of this Section, and subject to our right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
